A specialist concentrated degreaser for use through the integral cleaning system on combination ovens.

Dosed automatically during the ovens cleaning programme, Kodex has controlled foam levels and is effective for the removal of food deposits, grease, oils and carbonised materials.

Suitable for use in both atmospheric and non-atmospheric (pressurised) ovens.
